Whooooooooooooooooooshhh, pow, fall, crack!!!!

Today a friend and I went sledding/skating. It was fun. I took like TWELVE wipe outs, only at sledding! The place where we went sledding was the biggest hill I have ever gone on!

In skating I almost did a full split! That hurt. But I got right back up again and started to skate.I brought my hockey stick for balance.(I can’t really skate without it.) It was fun.

We had Rashashana at our house. We had Ayla and Sawyer and their little sister Alice. We played ’till ten o’clock, right in the middle we had dinner.  After dinner we had something called Tashlik, where you throw bread into the water, to represent giving up your sins ( to the fish)! Then we went to bed,and they went home.

My mom was at her office when an earthquake struck! Every was waiting in the hall and asking what was going on. Me and Daddy didn’t feel anything though, even up high. Mom said it might’ve been the lake.

I went to DC. And I had a lot of fun! We stayed in a cool hotel, that had a rooftop pool and candy at the front desk. We went there to go to APA me and dad waited in the Family Room while mama went to her meeting. Then we could walk around DC. I wanted to go on the trolley and go to an Orioles game but we didn’t get to it.

I went to the Lebanon Pool! (To go swimming of course)! My teacher (or lifeguard)  says that I’m doing great! I hope to pass all the levels. Maybe someday I will. But that has not come yet.

So far I had a great summer!! I got to go to swimming lessons. It was so fun! Mom says I can go to a horse camp, that gives me something to look forward to.

I went to the library, and I got some fun books, they were called: Buffaloes  Before Breakfast and Did I ever tell you how lucky you are?

I went to the summer solstice, and saw one of my friends! And I saw her three times after that.

I went to the Enfield village fair. I saw my friend CJ! I had a great time there!

My class went to Storrs Hill. We saw a big Snapping  Turtle!! Another group cot a crawdad in a container!!!!!!!!!! We caught a lot of bugs! You were aloud to bring a butterfly net, but I forgot. There was even  a station called BUGS ! Indeed there was a lot of bugs.

Today I went to the barn as usual. I had a lesson.we beat Emily there! I knew I was riding Hercules. But what I didn’t know,was that I was cantering. It’s really fun to canter, you go faster and faster.then it is so bouncy you can hardly stand it.

Emily said to think that your butt is brick .I tried it…….. and it worked! Then Emily called to my dad  but  he didn’t answer. She told  me he might be in the car. She took Hercules to the gate and called to my daddy. he answered .Then he came to watched me ride!

Today the power went out at 5 o’clock! It was like, hey the power went out! But then….5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5 ,and then…. hey when is the power going to come back on! and in that time I saved our family.We were kick’en it Lora and Mary stile .A number of times I went outside to go get some water to boil on the stove,and use it for dishwater.

The power went out because a whole bunch transformers blew up, in Lebanon,  N.H. And it took a few hours to fix them. But when the power finally came on, mama called us. When we got out of the house we looked around all the trees seemed to be encased in ice.Whenever you touched a fallen twig it would creak like old doors being swung in and out.If you broke a pine needle off a tree it would seem like holding a mouse log. If you picked up a fallen branch, it would seem like holding up a sword.

The snow was quite deep and you could fall into it easilly.

In the night there was an ice storm,the ice stopped after a few hours. Then it turned into snow which lasted the rest of the day.

When we were on our way to go pick up mama a miracle happened, I got stuck in a snowbank and when my father came to help me out of the snowbank he notistedthat our light was on, then he got stuck in the snow!

Today I think I cleaned the dirtiest stall in the world, Stars. I had to dump the weal-barrel twice. Afterward I sneaked out, Dad came out looking for me,and he wandered all the way down the road, asked Emily where I was, came back and found me. Then we went to go pick up mama.
